  • As someone who works in the music business I have to say all your views are wrong. While I do feel pricing is high a lot of the time, the fact is that that is what is required to make the industry work. Essentially record companies are venture capitalists who invest in musicians.

  • Qwest is killing me! I live in Seattle... A supposed high tech center. Yet you can't get their 20MB connection speed right in the heart of the city. Seattle has a high average income, and does have a lot of tech people here...

  • Playing hardball! Someone will probably just release an unofficial add-on for it anyway. It's still ridiculous. I hate it when companies do stuff like this. I always prefer to beat people in a fair fight, it gives one much more satisfaction.

  • Ugh. I'm all for truly "renewable" energy(big fan of solar), but people need to be realistic. We aren't going back to the stone age, and these people should be happy we're wanting to put in nuclear instead of coal.

  • Liquid diamonds... I didn't know it worked like that. I thought if you could even melt a diamond it would no longer be a diamond, but rather the base materials again because it would decompress.

  • I think the judge who had the gaul to put this guy in jail needs to have his skull fractured! There is something VERY wrong when the justice system is harsher on people defending themselves than the criminals committing the offenses.
